Building a career as a Death Doula takes more than certification. It requires confidence, practical experience, business knowledge, professional boundaries, marketing skills, and ongoing support. Our mentorship and coaching programs are designed to help you bridge the gap between learning and successfully serving clients in the real world.
Through personalized coaching, you’ll receive guidance tailored to your goals, whether that’s finding your first clients, creating services and pricing, developing confidence in end of life conversations, growing your business, expanding your community presence, or navigating complex client situations. Having an experienced mentor beside you provides accountability, direction, encouragement, and practical strategies that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
3 Month Mentorship
Our 3 Month Mentorship is designed for all. Whether you’re just starting your Death Doula journey or looking to grow an existing practice, this mentorship provides personalized guidance, accountability, and support every step of the way.
We meet 2-3 times per week for one hour, allowing us to work closely on your individual goals. We will focus on building confidence, developing services, refining client approach, creating professional boundaries, strengthening communication, and growing a sustainable practice.
As part of this program, you also receive access to all of our End of Life Care courses throughout your mentorship period. The combination of education and mentorship creates a powerful foundation for both personal and professional growth.

6 Month Mentorship
Our 6 Month Mentorship goes a little deeper. Whether you are newly certified, working with clients, or looking to expand, we offers the same great program, over a 6 month period.
We meet regularly to focus on your goals, challenges, and areas of development. This longer mentorship allows us to move beyond basics and truly build confidence in your client work and professional practice. We’ll explore everything from end of life support, grief care, communication, and boundaries, to development, marketing, networking, service creation, pricing, and community outreach.
You’ll have the opportunity to discuss real client situations, receive feedback, ask questions, develop new skills, and gain practical tools that can be immediately applied to your work.
As part of the program, you’ll also receive access to all of our End of Life Care courses throughout your mentorship. The greatest benefits of a six month mentorship is having time to implement, refine, and grow. Rather than rushing through information, you have ongoing support as you navigate, build confidence, and establish yourself.

12 Month Mentorship
Our 12 Month Mentorship is our most comprehensive coaching and sought after development program, created for those who are serious about building a successful, sustainable, and impactful career in end of life care. Whether starting from scratch, are newly certified, or looking to expand , this is what you want.
Throughout the year, we focus on you and all of your business needs. This extended program is the Cadillac of coaching and allows us to work together through every single stage. If you want success, this is it.
Areas of focus often include end of life care, grief support, family dynamics, bedside presence, business development, marketing, networking, public speaking, workshop creation, course development, pricing, website development, social media strategy, and navigating real clients with confidence and success.
As part of your mentorship, you will receive access to all of our End of Life Care courses throughout the entire year, and all of our Self Care Courses. This allows you to continually expand your knowledge, receive support, and take care of yourself. Having a dedicated mentor for an entire year allows for deeper learning, the strongest skill development, and the opportunity to continually adapt your goals as your confidence and experience grow.
